Abstract

Limbah alat suntik dan limbah lainnya dapat menjadi faktor resiko penularan berbagai penyakit seperti penyakit infeksi nosokomial, penyakit HIV/AIDS, hepatitis B dan C serta penyakit lain yang ditularkan melalui darah. Dampak berbahaya tersebut dapat berupa gangguan kesehatan dan pencemaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan limbah B3 (medis padat) di Puskesmas Rejosari Kecamatan Tenayan Raya. Jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan desain penelitian observasi dilakukan di Puskesmas Rejosari Kecamatan Tenayan Raya  pada bulan Juli-Agustus 2020. Subjek penelitian 5 orang terdiri dari 1 orang kepala puskesmas, penanggungjawab sanitasi 1 orang, petugas sanitasi 1 orang, petugas farmasi dan 1 orang petugas kebersihan. Intrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan lembar observasi dan wawancara. Analisa data dilakukan dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan. Sumber daya manusia (SDM) belum memadai. Standar operating prosedure (SOP) di Puskesmas Rejosari Kecamatan Tenayan Raya sudah ada dan sudah dijalan. Dana Operasional untuk pengelolaan limbah medis diambil dari dana kapitasi. Sarana dan prasarana yang digunakan pada saat pengelolaan limbah medis padat yaitu safety box dan tong sampah. Tahap Pemilahan, Penyimpnan, Pengangkutan limbah medis padat yang dilakukan masih belum sesuai menurut PermenLHK No. 56 tahun 2015, Namun tahap Pengumpulan sudah memenuhi syarat dengan  PermenLHK No. 56 Tahun 2015. Pengelolaan limbah B3 (medis padat)  di Puskesmas Rejosari Kecamatan  Tenayan Raya belum sesuai dengan ketentuan PermenLHK No. 56 tahun 2015. Perlu dilakukan upaya pengelolaan limbah berpedoman kepada ketentuan PermenLHK No. 56 tahun 2015.

Syringe waste and other waste can be a risk factor for the transmission of various diseases, such as nosocomial infections, HIV / AIDS, hepatitis B and C and other blood-borne diseases. These dangerous impacts can be in the form of health problems and pollution. Purpose to determine the management of B3 waste (solid medical) at Rejosari Public Health Center, Tenayan Raya District. This type of qualitative research with an observational research design was carried out at the Rejosari Public Health Center, Tenayan Raya Subdistrict in July-August 2020. The research subjects consisted of 5 people consisting of 1 head of the puskesmas, 1 person in charge of sanitation, 1 sanitation officer, a pharmacy officer and 1 cleaning services. The instruments in this study used observation and interview sheets. Data analysis was done by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. Inadequate human resources (HR). Standard operating procedure (SOP) at Rejosari Public Health Center, Tenayan Raya District already exists and is already being implemented. Operational funds for medical waste management are drawn from capitation funds. The facilities and infrastructure used when managing solid medical waste are safety boxes and trash cans. The stages of sorting, storing, transporting solid medical waste are still not in accordance with PermenLHK No. 56 of 2015, however, the collection stage has met the requirements with PermenLHK No. 56 of 2015. The management of B3 waste (solid medical) at the Rejosari Public Health Center, Tenayan Raya District is not in accordance with the provisions of PermenLHK No. 56 of 2015. Efforts should be made to manage waste based on the provisions of PermenLHK No. 56 of 2015.
