FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KINERJA PERAWAT DI RUANG RAWAT INAP DI RSUD BENGKALIS

FACTORS RELATED TO THE PERFORMANCE OF NURSES IN INPATIENT AT BENGKALIS HOSPITAL

Abstract

Kinerja perawat yang kurang baik dapat dikeluhkan bagi pasien sebagai penerima asuhan tindakan keperawatan. Hal ini dapat menjadi gambaran tingkat keberhasilan pelayanan sebuah rumah sakit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kinerja perawat dalam memberikan pelayanan di Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Bengkalis Tahun 2020. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional, dilaksanakan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Bengkalis pada bulan Januari – April 2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh tenaga perawat yang ada di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Bengkalis yaitu sebanyak 173 orang perawat. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling dengan sampel 82 responden. Analisis Univariat dilakukan untuk mendeskripsikan karakter masing-masing variabel yang diteliti, sedangkan analisis Bivariat dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan kedua variabel independen dan dependen. Kompetensi p value  0,000, motivasi p value  0,023, lingkungan kerja p value  0,003. Ada hubungan antara kompetensi, motivasi dan lingkungan kerjadengan kinerja perawat dalam memberikan pelayanan di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Bengkalis Tahun 2020. Diharapkan RSUD Bengkalis memberikan perhatian kepada kompetensi, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja perawat sehingga mutu pelayanan yang diberikan perawat tetap dengan kualitas yang berkualitas.

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to the performance of nurses in providing services in the Inpatient Room of the Bengkalis Regional General Hospital in 2020. This type of quantitative research with a cross sectional research design was carried out at the Bengkalis Regional General Hospital (RSUD) in January - April 2020. The population in this study were all nurses in the inpatient room of the Bengkalis General Hospital, as many as 173 nurses. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique with a sample of 82 respondents. Univariate analysis was carried out to describe the character of each variable under study, while Bivariate analysis was carried out to see the relationship between the two independent and dependent variables. Competence p value 0.000, motivation p value 0.023, work environment p value 0.003. There is a relationship between competence, motivation and work environment with the performance of nurses in providing services in the inpatient room of the Bengkalis Regional General Hospital in 2020. It is hoped that Bengkalis Hospital will pay attention to the competence, motivation and work environment of nurses so that the quality of service provided by nurses remains of quality quality.
